Book orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of you ordering online, from Monday to Friday, excluding annual closures.
Shipping costs and choice of carrier
Shipping costs are automatically calculated for each country based on the weight of the package. You can check the shipping costs that will be charged before confirming your order.
For France, we use Colissimo ‘Without signature’ or Colissimo ‘Collection Point’. Delivery is 2 to 4 business days.
For Europe, we offer Colissimo ‘Home Delivery’, with the package transferred to the local carrier (e.g. Bpost or DPD for Belgium, DPD for Luxembourg, Seur for Spain) or via Chronopost Express.
You can choose your carrier when confirming your order.
Delivery time varies according to country (Colissimo, Chronopost Express).
