No. Our books are only available in paper format. You can buy them in some bookshops or order them on our website.

Our online tests are done on an interface similar to the one used in the European Institutions’ recruitment tests.

It is technically possible to take our online tests on a smartphone or tablet although some functions including the 'highlight' & 'strike-through' features may not operate optimally. However, we highly recommend practicing them on a computer to simulate the exam environment as closely as possible.

Livraison
We process the majority of orders within 24 hours following payment confirmation from Monday morning to Friday morning, excluding annual closures. Once your order is prepared, we hand it over to the shipping service.
If you are in France, La Poste typically delivers within about 72 hours.
For shipments outside France, delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected delivery service, usually ranging from 2 to 4 business days. More information can be found on our shipping page.
To avoid delays in delivery, please ensure that your shipping information is accurate. A misspelled or incomplete address, lack of a phone number, or any other missing detail may result in a delay in receiving your package.
You can track your order in your customer account > Order History & Details > Shipment Tracking.
If you are not present for the delivery or if your mailbox is too small, the postman or delivery driver typically leaves the package with a neighbour, at the nearest Post Office, or at a pickup point. You have 10 days to collect the package. If you do not collect the package within this time frame, it will be automatically returned to us.
If you have chosen Chronopost Express as your delivery method, the delivery driver will contact you using the phone number provided during your order placement. If you are unavailable, your package will be left at the nearest pickup point. You have 7 days to collect your package from the pickup point. If the package is not collected within this period, it will be automatically returned to us.
We charge you the actual shipping costs, which means we pass on the amount that the carrier charges us. Shipping costs are determined based on current shipping rates. They are flat rates and depend on the weight of the order. Please note that if you place multiple book orders that are processed simultaneously, they will be shipped together in a single package.

According to our terms and conditions of sale, you have a 14-day period to return one or more book(s) to us.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We will refund the amount of the returned product(s) upon their receipt in perfect condition.
Please send an email, and we will verify if your order is eligible for return.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping the tracking number until confirmation of delivery and refund.
Once we have received your return and inspected the condition of the returned item(s), we will send you an email requesting your IBAN for the refund. The amount will be credited to your account within fifteen days after receiving your banking details.
Alternatively, we can issue a credit voucher for the refunded amount, which will be deducted from your next order.

The methodology we offer is applicable regardless of the language: determining when a statement can or cannot be deduced from a text, quickly identifying statements most likely to be the correct answer, and selectively reading a text. Additionally, practicing tests in another language (French or English) will help you on exam day.
