Test Abstract Redeneevermogen

This test assesses candidates' logical reasoning.  Each exercise consists of 2 sets of figures, called "basic figures" and "final figures". Between these 2 sets, there are one or more symbols representing an instruction. These symbols are either buttons, dice or dominoes. To discover their meaning, the candidate must compare the basic figures with the final figures. Then they must apply these instructions to find the final figures that match the basic figures given.

The abstract reasoning test is complex. To pass it, the candidate must be familiar with the layout of basic screens and the different kinds of modifications that basic figures can undergo. He must be able to detect similarities and differences between shapes and combinations of shapes in order to determine the meaning of symbols. At the same time, he must structure his work in the best possible way to answer the maximum number of questions in the given time.
